Back to my original question. Look at the chart bellow. It make sense to you? Try to analyze this chart with an analytical mind and give me a logical answer. Take a look at it again, it's a simple chart. This is my "home chart" no matter if is a condo or a home. This chart represents the value that Zillow assigned to my address. Just tell me why is dropping in value when everything around me is going up according to you own data. (Condos or homes ).
Drew, please look at the chart one more time , and you will see the same thing that we are seeing. I just want a reasonable explanation . Can you do that?
very close to give up...

No!!! Please don't give up!! Look at Hillary. Regardless of one's politics, she stuck with it to the bitter end.
I realize you started the above thread on May 13 (and I believe this was a renewal of a previous thread . . . ), and it is now June 9 -- but we seem (?) to be getting closer to some sort of answer.
Or consider Edison and his 'invention' (or more accurately, development) of the light bulb. Trial after trial, he persisted. For the most part, he was learning, and eliminating, all those things that didn't work! That's what we're doing! We're asking the same simple question over and over, and then evaluating the answer from Zillow. If the answer doesn't make sense, then at least we've learned one more issue that does not explain why your condo is declining, while your immediate neighborhood is increasing.
There may be a large number of false leads, but there can't be an infinite number, so we just have to keep asking the same clear, concise, straightforward question!
I do agree, however, that at some point we will be forced to the ultimate conclusion:
I'm hoping for the former rather than the latter, but either way, the answer will eventually become clear to everyone.
Hang in there!
This issue has been discussed at length on the original thread.
