No action on MLS submission from Owner.com

I applied for an MLS listing with your partner Owner.com, but no email has been received from them, no listing, no tracking number, no anything.  What is going on with this?  I will contest this visa payment.

"but I am curious why would you be questioning that here, on Zillow?"

This is not am uncommon issue or question and is based on Zillow posting

"Receive maximum exposure by listing on MLS for a one-time flat fee."

If you use the link it takes you to a Owners.com page where you will then see at the top of the page.."In partnership with Zillow"
Bottom line is they are obviously sending/attempting to send business to Owners.com

This claim is also on the "In partnership with Zillow" page
"33% of Americans selling a home no longer use a full service Realtor. Instead they only pay for the services they need"

Have no clue if it's true but the claim is there ;)

allayfu..
.Zillow does not even help people here on their own site unless it
is some powder-puff question or issue...gonna have to deal with Owners.com and remember who sent you there/recommended them...tell yer friends ;)

allayfu - by saying you  "applied for an MLS listing" - does that mean you paid  them as a flat fee broker? I would think , yes, as you referenced a Visa payment, but I am curious why would you be questioning that here, on Zillow? Also curious what they charged, and what services you're paying for.
Thanks

Here's a link to the contact information for owners.com

Tim appears to be misunderstanding something.  There are indeed flat fee listing services that are legit.

You can not be on a MLS without the use of a Realtor to put the listing on one of the hundreds of MLS systems. They are owned by the Realtors and only a Realtor can add to them. No website can do that so you have not been told correctly or you are misunderstanding something.
