No offense, but why are homes so cheap? They cost 3 or 4 times as much in Ky.

I was living in Ky. last year where homes were selling for nearly 4 times what they are in Taylor. Did foreclosures cause all of this. HG-TV should spotlight this area on their show and it could help lift up sales. It's amazing to see homes of lesser quality going for 300k in Oklahoma and other places. It's almost criminal how this town has been ravaged by toxic mortgages if that's what caused this.
