No option to move my homes location

The location of my home is not correct and I do not have the option to move the location under the edit menu.  Also I think it is confusing my data for 170 Peninsula with my neighbors data of 70 peninsula.  What steps do I need to take to correct this issue?

Go into the home, under edit, 'report a problem' if you are unable to move the map and correct the address. I also flagged you for help
