No response to flagging transaction

Hello, I have flagged an incorrect transaction on my home several times with no response from you. Could you please email me at iwdesign_2000@yahoo.com? 155 S. Elm Dr. #302, 90212. The $600K transaction is not a sale; it was simply removing my parents from the title and paying them back for the down payment and construction costs. There was no reassessment of home value at the time. Therefore, it should not appear as a transaction or sale (it was like a sale of a 45% interest at original cost).
