I've flagged it for you as well, the link is dead which may mean it will drop off on the next update, I also agree you should be able to get it removed from the history unless the agent can provide proof of a listing agreement. I would agree with Sunnyview, that you have a bigger problem than just Zillow, I would google it and contact every site it shows up for sale and the listing agent(s) referenced.

The appraiser must report these sales and listings in a normal course of business. Most of the time, the appraiser will not search databases to find FSBO Sales and the like. But some appraisers are beginning to search the web in a normal course of business. If they find your home listed, this may affect the refinance deal. Look at what the regs state.
"If the subject property was offered For Sale by Owner (FSBO) or otherwise marketed for sale outside of MLS, the appraiser must report the original offering price, history of price changes, if any, and the date(s) the property was offered for sale, etc., to the extent that this
information is known or available to the appraiser in the normal course of business. The appraiser may report any other relevant information regarding the length of time that the subject property was offered for sale, including cumulative days on market, in this field or
elsewhere in the appraisal report. " www.efanniemae.com"

Thanks, Chuck. I did not know that. I haven't yet come across this issue. Good to know!

"The lender you're refinancing with will care if your home is or was listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and should have no concerns about Zillow or any other site showing your home is for sale. You could put up a For Sale sign in your front yard and it still won't matter as long as it's not on the MLS."
That's absolutely untrue. You may not have experienced it yet, but that does not mean it does not happen. If your house is up for sale as a FSBO they will certainly care. There have been instances where lenders check Zillow and see the home for sale and take issue with it. There have even been instances where people set a "make me move" price and they take issue with that as well since technically, setting a MMM price is in fact putting your home up for sale. Some people make argue this point, but lenders view it as being "on the market" whether it's listed on the MLS or just a yard sign. For sale means for sale and advertising any price for your home qualifies.

I'm sure Zillow can take care of this quickly for you. There is an agent listed but the link to the agents site is no longer active.
I flagged the listing for removal. Hopefully the Zillow staff will catch it after the long weekend.

This agent here looks like they are the person who submitted the feed to Zillow. There are a number of active listings showing on your home here and here among other places.
Zillow can help you remove the listing, but I would suggest contacting any agent that you may have had listing this property in the recent past to ask them to remove ALL feeds for that address. Otherwise, when the new feed comes into Zillow it will pop up for sale again.

Not a question. A mistake!!
