The contact email should include information about the quote you submitted as well as a link back to the quote details page. Once you are on the quote details page, you should see a link in the upper left corner that says "Back to loan request." This link will take you to the original loan request which includes all submitted quotes.

I received two replies today to my quotes and there is very limited information. It does not even show where they are located. Even going back to find the quote using the quote ID only gets you the info on the quote itself and not any information on the person that requested it. I need to respond as to when I can meet with them and I would like to have an idea of where they are before I return an email saying ... "Well who are you again"?
There has to be a way to review the original quote request when we are contacted. I have no way of knowing what they requested that caused me to quote what I did. I often quote several scenarios for the same person and when they respond to one, and ask me about the others, I have no idea what the others were.
I guess what it needs is a way for the quote ID number to also take you back to the original request so we can review that again.
