After you've claimed your home, you can edit the room number, square footage and many other features.
A Zestimate goes off the core data of the home, and does not evaluate new roofs, pools, jacuzzis etc because they have no way to get data on those areas consistently. Therefore, in order to include upgrades in value a CMA and/or appraisal may be prudent.

Thank you for your zestimate, however since we have made numerous upgrades to the housethe zestimate should be higher:
1) Enlarging the house substantially.
2) Adding another bathroom for a total or 2.75
3) Completely replacing the roof with a spanish tile and a subroof
4) Added a pool and jacuzzi
5) Replaced all the flooring with hardwood/laminate floors
6) Replaced all the doors
7) Took all the cottage cheese of the ceilings throughout the house
8) New appliances
9) New Kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets
10) Remodel existing bathrooms
In other words the entire house was completely remodeled and upgraded.

To change the photos and other information you simply need to go to the property page, hover over edit and then click on the option you need. If your property is showing for sale and it is not you need to contact the listing source and have it removed. You can find the listing source by scrolling down to the bottom of your property page and looking on the left side of the page. If you get no response then flag you listing "report problem with listing" and notify customer service that you property is not for sale.
