On some browsers, instead of it being the "java script", it is the "scriptlets".
(Search for any term with the word "script" in it in your browser options).

This is how it will look if JavaScript is Off:

If that is what you have, under your browser options (typically under the "tools" pull down tab), under the "content" sub-tab, make sure the "enable javascript" box is checked.

Hi Alazana -
Would you be able to tell us what internet browser you are using so that we can reproduce the issue and investigate why you are not seeing the Browse button? To get the exact version of the browser, please go to top most section and click on Help menu then choose About (name of your internet browser).
Thank you.

After you have selected "add/edit photos" under the edit pull down tab under the main photo, it will ask to confirm your user name and password to make sure it is still you, and then opens the "Update Home Information" page with "Upload & Edit Photos of this Home" tab open. Directly below those words should be a text box for the photo location on your machine, and to the right of that a "browse" button, and to the right of that an "upload" button.
Below that is the text about clicking on the browse button, and below that a checkbox to confirm the photo being loaded really belongs to you.
Under some conditions, the buttons will not show, such as if you have images turned off. Google Chrome browser has also been reported to have problems with some buttons not showing or not working.
If it is just a visibility of the button issue, you can move the cursor to just right of the photo name box and just left of the "upload" button and press you left mouse button there to see if it will work.
It also won't work if JavaScript is off.
If it is still not working and JavaScript is on and you are using Google Chrome, try FireFox or Internet Explorer.
