Contributions:295How many times have you asked the question to yourself? Is it worth the time and energy to do an open house? Plain and simple the answer is yes! Don't hesitate or doubt yourself! Just do it!
It always impresses and makes the selling client happy that you are promoting and showing his property. I have never once had a client say please, in order to sell my home don't have open house's and don' t show off my property. The other side of the coin is that during these few hours at my open houses I have picked up many potential buying clients without agents and have gone on to purchase and close on their new homes, even before selling the property for sale where I originally meet them. So, Get out there and start marketing and advertising for next week's open house. Make that house smile! Dress it up! Make it smell good! Put the signs out and start selling that home!
