OREGON Marketing & Stats

With the national news, an FSBO can get discouraging - if you believe the market is the same EVERYWHERE. Does anyone out there have the stats on Oregon?

Is there a site to go and see the success rates of FSBOs?

I love the stats on

www.Housing-watch.com

and

www.housingtracker.net

(Housing Tracker has plenty of charts and graphs of various things like REO property and affordibility.)

Not FSBO directly but if your on MLS.. I'd estimate >75% of buyers know how to use the internet and can search MLS listings.. At least someone in the family has shown them..
