Offer accepted

We put an offer on a house. Bank accepted it. We signed the paperwork and our agent send it to the bank. We have not received signed copies back from the bank yet. On Zillow, when we checked the house, it said listing removed. What does it mean?
Thank you.

Don't forget to get a Home Inspection, usually you have 10 days. Congratulations on the new home....

Zillow is a great tool and resource, but nothing is better than your Realtor that you are working with, dealing with banks takes longer than the typical transaction.  Do not pay attention to the status of a home on Zillow because it is not the Market.  Just ask your Realtor.

Best of Luck,

Josh

Since each and every bank has their own protocol prior to closing, it would be best if you discuss this with your buyer agent.  Good luck!
