On Jan 8, my Zestimate increased 1.6%, which came to (Cont'd below)

$148,700.  Today my Zestimate increased 0.3%, which came to $148,400 and is $300 less than my last Zestimate.  I do not understand - could someone let me know?  Glenna Hooper

Yes, it shows a change of $500 increase in the last 30 days.  So, I assume the fluctuation was going on and I had no way of knowing.  Thanks!  Glenna

The Zestimate is usually calculated usually 3x a week, and it is possible for there to be fluctuations up and down all the time.   Is the Feb 3 value showing changes in the last 30 days?  If so, it is starting from a different date than Jan 8.
