On SSI Disability-in mom's home. She's in asst'd living. Any rights on staying in the home?

The mortgage company is going to move in to take the home. I am still in the house, in mother's name. She took out reverse mortgage loans, so state doesn't want the house. Mtg co. says since she has been out of house over a year, they want the house. Do I have any rights to buy the house? Is there a gov't agency to help me stay in the home or guide me in the process? I have a hard time handling stress already.

I'm sorry you are in such a difficult situation.    You may need to look at the documentation she filled out with the reverse mortgage, usually either she has to relinquish the house when she moves out or she (or heirs) have to pay back the lender in terms described in the document.

Do you have sufficient income, down payment and credit score that you can purchase the house at a value that would repay the reverse mortgage?

I'd probably start by calling these people:
