On zillow's map, my home is mislabeled as 2 different listings/addresses.

My address is 105 Cedar St., Dedham MA 02026.  It is on the corner of Cedar St and Lincoln St.  My driveway is on Lincoln.  There is a 2nd address given for my house: 11 Lincoln St.  This is incorrect.  How can I remove this misinformation?
