Did you change your deed? Add an or subtract an owner? Then that is probably why a sale is listed. When you record a new deed, consideration must be on the deed. For changes other than a sale, $1 is typically listed.




On zillow it says we sold our house for $1 in August of 2010. We have not sold our house.
