Sometimes it takes more time for a listing to appear on one site than another. Without having more info, this is what seems to have happened.
If you have an executed contract (signed by both seller and buyer) on a property that is all that matters. An executed contract is a binding document per it's conditions and terms.

Thank you for the information. It was just such a surprise to see the property to have the price adjust on a different site two weeks after we had signed the contract. I was under the impression that a signed contract with the transfer of 5K good faith money would have prvented the seller (owner) from relisting the property under an entirely different domain.

Until the property sale has actually closed, it is not surprising for the agent to continue to advertise. It is quite common for purchases to fall through for one reason or another. Once the purchase process is closed, then you can request the agent to remove all advertising.
