One can already add an opening house to a listing, and then users can search for open houses when they are filtering houses in the area. How would you like to see it enhanced?

To add an open house date to a listing, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account and go the property address in question.
- Click the Edit you see under Description.
- Choose Add/edit open house dates.
- Enter the date and time and make sure you save the changes.

Bob,
I assume you already have a sign next (or rider) to your sales sign with the OH information? OH signs on the corners of the neighborhood try to have 10 out. Keep extra as they tend to disappear.
Have you: Invited neighbors via postcard or flyers or personally?
Pinned info on neighborhood pin boards: coffees, grocery stores?
You could also use Postlets where your sales flyer is automatically syndicated to lots of other marketplaces. Use the 'usual' advertising platforms: Craigslist, backpage,Google Base,Yahoo Classifieds,Classifieds for Free, Recycler.com
Have you sent an email to everyone in your database and on Facebook?
This is what's popping up right away. I am sure there is more. I hope this helped.

Zillow already has an Open House function for each listing. I have a list of 8 sites that I use to advertise Open Houses. One of them is Craig's List. You need to look at all of the sites that are available to you for advertising your Open Houses, for no cost at all.

I'm not aware of any agents that use print media to advertise their listings (other than high end homes and where the client insists) as 80 plus percent of buyers begin their buying process online.
Does your broker and / or local MLS have a web presence where the agent is allowed to post Open House listings?

If I have an open house in Louisville, Ky that the target audience is seniors, I have been successful with placing an open house ad in Sunday home section. They do both Internet and paper searching.
