How may I get a copy of legal forms for contracting for the purchase of a home, other than through a realitor?  Furthermore, does Zillow offer legal review of such contracting?

Also you can look for Stevens-Ness forms in Oregon which is what most FSBO's use because they are easier to understand.  Most stationary stores carry those.

If you Google "Oregon Real Estate Forms" there are a number of vendors that can sell forms to you via the internet.

Zillow is a media company and not a real estate company or legal advice company. Therefore they can't offer legal review. But it's possible that an Oregonian on Zillow might be able to direct you to a local attorney.

You might also want to consider hiring a real estate agent who would be willing to write a purchase agreement for a flat fee. They could also assist in setting up escrow and referring you to an attorney.
