The buyer pays the same price for the house whether the seller's agent get the whole commission or shares with a buyer's agent.

Why would a buyer want to use the seller's agent?

Your commish is rolled into your buyer's mortgage and they get the pleasure of paying interest on it for the term of their loan.

The buyer pays for everything.  Period.  Thus the term "buyer".  Or are you showing up to close with a check drawn from your own personal account?

The buyer pays for everything.  The rest is just accounting.  And yes, your commission ends up being paid for by the buyer, usually over 30 years.

I agree with you.   Do you feel that buyers of real estate should prepare their own offer and handle all the details of a real estate transaction without any professional assistance when the seller has their own agent to help them with the process?

No. They should be represented by a RE attorney.

If you can't read the very first "no spamming" post that is cemented at the top of the forum, how can those people you are "helping" expect you to read all those complicated RE contracts?

If you have a team of experts (RE attorney, independent inspector, title company) unless you are relocating, why have a EBA?

I am dedicated to helping buyers only.  I used to be a tradional agent but 8 years ago realized that buyers should have representation also in the real estate transaction.   I am sincere in what I do.
