Other realtors hijacking my listings?

This seems to happen a lot but I figured I would ask why.  I just closed on a property and updated the status to SOLD.  A day later, I get an email that it is posted FOR SALE.  It is my original ad and it shows that I am the "agent" but another agent in Pt. St. Lucie (hours away) shows as the "For sale by agent" further down the page.  How and why would this be happening?  880 sw 174th Terrace, 33029.  Any help would be appreciated.
