Our condo was relisted after being off the market for nearly one month but the days on market didnt

the days on the market didnt change.  We lowered our price and thought after 21 days the number of days on the market should have been reset.  Any way we can get this changed?

Most boards have done this to keep sellers from dropping off and coming back on quickly as "new listings".  I'm sorry.  The best thing you can do is get new photographs, stage the home, paint some rooms, etc.  Do something that shows a different house.

Zillow resets "days on Zillow" after >31 days not listed.   Many MLSs are at least 30 days, but you'll have to check with your agent to see for your MLS.
