After you've claimed your home, there are several things you can do:
a. Ensure all facts are correct.
b. Evaluate the comps used, and change them to more appropriate comps.
If you make changes in those items, they may affect the Zestimate but be patient. It could be a month or two to reflect in the Zestimate.
Finally, pull up the "owner's estimate" tool and describe upgrades and other special features of your home that may add value but aren't part of the Zestimate tool

A part of determining your homes value is based on what similar homes in your area have sold for and are selling for along with up grades in your home .
Our home's value is EXTREMELY low...how can I update this?
