Tell me what banks look at zillow? Personally I would never trust the values here. If there is a quation of value, I will speak to an appraiser friend who will give me a range.
I really would not worry about what zillow thinks of your value.

I watched it, but have neighbors and know of other properties that are not part of the zillow database. I have tried to understand the "algorithim" zillow uses, but it just does not make sense after reviewing comps/recent sales/price per sf/etc. I've updated our home facts, but the value has significantly dropped, much faster and deeper than any others in the neighborhood. Perhaps foreclosures/short sales have weighed heavily on this...but something is defintely way out of wack. It's disturbing and unfortunately these estimates are looked at by banks when looking into refinancing...just another factor that can certainly negatively impact a homeowner. Thank you for posting a reply, as I did find the video after I posted. I still think there's some way.

Our home is grossly undervalued by Zillow. I would like to delete my home from Zillow, how?
