Our home is on 2 parcels but Zillow.com is listing each parcel as a home...how do we fix this?

One parcel has the home on it and the other parcel is a small area that makes up the total lot. I keep getting two separate Zillow Zestimates, one for each parcel, but I would like to combine the 2 lots and get a correct Zestimate for the home!

Thanks for the help...I have submitted this plea several times now and no one responds!!
