Profile picture for MoonDancing
The house has been on the market for 3 months and we have steadily reduced selling price.  Owe 145K.  Paid 186K in 2002.  Refinance advice considering we are living in Oregon, husband has a job and we are buying owner finance @ 5% with 20K down and 237K finance with buyout in 3 years here.  We really need to rent the house in Georgia.

Talk with a lender in the area... They should be able to give you some options.  Talk with your realtor for some lender recommendations or call your current mortgage lender and talk with them directly about your refinance options.

Best of Luck!
