Our house is on 2 pin numbers, and Zillow has us displayed us as on 1 pin.

The database has no ability to put in two or more parcel numbers.  You just need to put in the extra data yourself, and note the additional parcel number in the description and estimate comment.

If you want, you can create a second home details page for the second parcel number, and cross reference that back too.
