These zestimates are very inaccurate a frequently off base. They use 3rd pary data sources which cannot be trusted. Don't worry too much about it. Buyers never refer to these estimates when writing an offer. The only folks who seem to pay attetion to them are some of the people trying to sell. They are just a very big ball park 'guess'
