Our square footage is competely wrong, (under), so the value is also completely wrong.

We added a pretty large addition to our home over a year ago, and Zillow is still reflecting the old square footage, so the value is completely wrong --1607 ne 146th portland 97230. The true square footage is 2400, not 1600 as posted on the site.

You may want to look at Portlandmaps.com for your property.  Under the Permit/Cases section, it looks like there is an open permit that may need to be finalized (999 Final Permit) in order to correct your homes sqaure footage with the County.  Zillow calculates home values off of public County information.
