The pictures of properties come from third party providers, and are expected to have a refresh rate of 3 to 6 years. I don't know about "street view", has google announced that they are starting over?
BUT, there is something you can do about it. Claim your home, then you can upload new photos.

There was still some verbiage about the home being a foreclosure which is always annoying - especially when you've bought the place and folks are knocking at your door.
