The owner's estimate is intentionally off line by Zillow. The last they posted on time frame for re-appearing the Zillow employee said about six moniths (March/April?). I'm hoping that it is faster because it is a very useful tool.

Thanks for replying. I used to be able to get current comparable sales on the Zillow site. Now it is "set" and doesn't allow me to get current results.
I'm not sure how to contact the Zillow people; I was hoping they monitored this utility.
I'm not interested in selling at this point; I just like to keep a current status of my house.

I am a Realtor and not a Zillow programmer but thought this might help you a bit...
If you are looking for a true Market Analysis of your home, you may want to enter your zip code into Zillow and click on the agent that comes up on the right hand side. The agent that comes up will probably know your market better than most others.
Possibly the Zillow Zestimate is based on 2009/2010 because that is representative of the sales in your area.
