***Please address this problem*** We have 2 properties that
someone had placed themselves as the"contact info" and is
taking our leads.
We are the listin agents for 15559 Harvest Granada Hills Ca.
A "Dave Kelly" Remax has put his name and website on our listing.
Isn't this illegal? We called him and he "Doesn't know how to take
his name off!?" Sure. Please help us remove his name from our
listing. Patty and Leon Malone Century 21 All Moves Granada Hills
818 470-5203 818 470-5567. We work hard for our listings and
don't believe your website is set up for false advertising. The
second property is 13818 Gavina Ave. Sylmar. We want our contact
info there, not Sandy Gordon. **Please help us correct this problem
now!!!

I have a similar problem in Los Gatos, CA, also with a RE/Max agent. Maybe someone in the company figured out how to camp onto others' listings and spread the word.

Hi Stephen -

Are you referring to 16197 Maya Way , Los Gatos, CA 95030?

Even if you have taken over this listing as the new agent, it is still showing the previous agent's information. This is a bug in our system that we are already working on. However, we won't be able to give you a specific timeframe as to when this would be fixed. Although, I'll add you to the loop and keep all of you posted about this issue.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

In the meantime, I could use a specific post from Zillow explaining that there is a temporary technical problem causing the listing agent to appear as someone other than the listing agent. I have been falsely accused as you can see above by Patty Malone. Please tell me where you have a post that I could refer people to so they will know about this specific technical problem. A link or something I could cut and paste into an email would help me to answer these accusations of wrongdoing. Thank you.

As a work around for this bug, please try to remove the posting and then post it again for sale. This should allow the information of the correct listing agent be shown on the Posting.

Should this not work, please let me know.

It appears that your listing is still hijacked by another realtor. While you are waiting on Zillow to come up with a correction or a workaround, you might consider one or more of these options in the interim:

1. Use the "Flag content" link to report the infraction.

2. Contact the agent himself and ask him to remove his name from the listing. If he fails to cooperate, then report him to the proper authority for dealing with unethical procedures such as this appears to be.

3. Use the Question and Answer feature on the site to let viewers know that you are the agent and not the one who seems to have taken over your listing.
