PRE-FORECLOSED HOME SITES ARE SCRUBBED CLEAN OF INFO by ZILLOW!

This doesn't seem helpful to anyone in the "community."  Why remove details that might interest a buyer and might actuallly help a neighbor get out from under the dark cloud thats is the loss of their home and a ruined credit history through what could have been otherwise an "interrupted" foreclosure?  Frankly I dont understand why these details are kept secret on almost every site, even real estate agencies that have an interest always in the bottom line...selling the house, getting a buyer to buy the house, this makes the agents' world go around doesn't it?

I always take exception to the charterization of ads on Zillow and othe rsimiliar sites as "listings".  If by listing you mean a genuine offer to sell, then the only place to find listings is on the MLS.  Nothing wrong with Zillow, Trulia, etal.  They are great sites, but they have classified ads, not listings.

What you are seeing is a listing provided by foreclosure.com. It's an enticement to get buyers to join their subscription service.

This is not the actual property listing on Zillow, only an ad.
