The most recent sale in there was unit #23 on 08/27/2007.  It went for $500k.  Right now I have a listing in Ashley House for $445k and Robin Myers has another listing, also in Ashley House, for $450k and we have not had any offers yet.  Ashley house is Just around the corner from Wingate at 200 99th Street NE.  It is a fantastic location for sure though so at the right price, there ARE buyers.  Since march 1st, over 10 condos have gone pending or sold in the sub $600k price range so things are selling.  Let me know if you would like a formal CMA.  I would be glad to come take a look at your condo and work up a proper market analysis.  Click my picture for contact info.
