Paging Dr. Azrob - questions
I was wondering if you got that email I sent you. I wanted to know your thoughts on using Mean or Median prices when using numbers from a small sample pool.
I think Mean price would be more accurate, but wanted your 2 cents. This is using actual sales prices for 25 and fewer sales over the course of a month.
