Sorry it took to long to get back to this thread to say "thank you all" for the congratulations! I especially appreciate the ice cream-cone castle cake! I'll have to remember that one next time I'm looking to make a creative cake!
I also appreciate White-Picture's graph, and wet-dawg's biscuits, and Neil's card.
I also appreciate the thank-yous from Zillow staff and CEO for my humble contributions. As always, I'm here for the data and market insight, and Zillow keeps providing, where the other sites are lacking.
If I do learn something from or about the site, I'm happy to share it with others.
By the way, the count of posts includes the deletions, and deletions of some of my charts were never counted towards "contributions" in the first place, and photos never count toward "post count". To avoid having the Zillow garbage collection routine remove my charts now, I leave the original reference so that it stays with the profile, but just shrink it, before posting in a "reference" with higher resolution and shrinking that to fit the available column width. But that still doesn't mean an entire thread with the charts might not be deleted, as as often happened when the one who creates the thread has their profile removed.
When that happens, the post count remains the same in spite of the deletions, but the photo count reduces to match the photos still linked to a thread. There is no easy way to count photo deletions, nor look up a photo that has been severed from the posting location.
