Past History and Past Tax information

I've noticed that some listings are re-entered a few months later and the tax and past history information does not show.  How is that done?

...for WHAT address ?!?!? Past history does not show if it does not show in public records information, which some homes do not have for a variety of reasons. If yours shows, its because its on your public records.
