Zillow shows 718 S Rainbow Ridge as having sold 6/5/09 for $140,000. This is simply incorrect information. According to my conversation with the Yavapai Co Assessor's office on 8/12/09 the last recorded sale on this property was 8/01/2005 for $118,775. This represents the lot takedown on a new construction home at Verde Santa Fe, which I show actually closed in Jan 2008 (one-time close construction loan) for an undisclosed amount (they do not file an affidavit of value on these sales, unfortunately). It is still owned by the original purchaser. Folks, please realize that this is RAW data on Zillow, and occasionally (as in this case) there is an entry error. Please consult a local Realtor or Appraiser for interpretation and verification of this or any data if you want a true picture.
