Photo Not downloading

I've tried several times but just can't seem to get the photo of my house downloaded. I'm on a Mac and the picture I'm working with is 1700 KB.

Hi Lopez -

Currently, our photo upload feature supports these image formats: BMP, EPS, FPX, GIF, JPEG, PDF (raster), PNG, PSD, SWF, PCX, SCT, TGA, and TIFF (Note: LAB color space is not supported). The website would reflect a blank image if the photo is not from the above mentioned format. Also, only photos smaller than 5MB can be uploaded.

To upload photos to your home, kindly follow the steps below:
1. Log-in to your Zillow account.
2. Search the home address and go to the home details page.
3. Click the "Add a photo" link.
4. Click the "Browse" button to find the picture and then the "Upload" button to save it. The "Browse" button is below the "Upload & Edit Photos of This Home" section and beside the search field.
5. Once you're done uploading all your photos, check the disclaimer part and then click "Save changes" button.

If you are still experiencing problems uploading photos after following the instructions listed above, kindly provide us with the details (e.g. error message, type of browser, etc.) so that we can further look into this matter.
