Photos not showing up and/or show up in different order

WHen I tried to go add/edit photos I can see my full uploaded photos there, but when I go and see the listings it only shows 3 photos, just a day ago it showed all photos in correct order, but I when through and change a order or two and now only shows 3 photos instead of all of them (like 18)
