Three bedrooms upstairs, master downstairs.
No HOA :) Properties here in the Irish Meadows addition have horses and RVs on them and was one of the main reasons we bought. Neighbor to the west has horses and most of west property line has horse fence in place. St Paul has some asthetic rules (building condition, weed control, abandoned cars) but does not prohibit horses or RVs.

could you tell me if the bedrooms are downstairs or upstairs?
Also, are there any homeowners rules that would prevent an RV or a horse being kept on the property?
Thanks,
Noel
