Photos?

Greetings Owner,

I like your listing on zillow. Seems cozy, and nice outdoor setup. Do you have more photos est. of kitchen and masterbedrooms.

And the layout, is it 3 bedrooms on second and 1 on first with 2 in basement?

thanks

The only photos I have of the kitchen and MBR are from when we were house shopping. The kitchen has been painted yellow (the red walls were really dark), and the master isn't decorated yet. We moved in last year and completely renovated the master bath, added a new bath to an upstairs bedroom, and updated other bathrooms with tile floors and granite counters.

The master suite and another small bedroom are on the first floor. The previous owners use this as a nursery, we use it as an office. The master is 18x13, or 234 square feet with walk-in closet; the bath has granite double vanity, with a separate tub/shower/toilet room. The second bedroom is about 10x12, and has a large closet. It is served by a full bath in the hallway that we updated with tile, granite and other improvements.

The other three bedrooms are on the second floor. Two have a jack-n-jill bath, each with a private vanity area (the tub and toilet are in a separate room in the middle).

The third upstairs bedroom on the second floor is an alternate master suite. It has a bed area large enough for a king bed, a full bath, and a separate space that could be used as a sitting room or office.

This originally was a small bedroom with no closet or bathroom access, so we used unfinished attic space to turn it into a private suite. It would be good for parents who don't want to be separated from their other kids on the second floor, for an au pair or live-in nanny, or another adult such as a parent.

The basement level walks out to the yard. It has a family room with fireplace and a "bonus" room with a wall of windows overlooking the creek. I use this as my office.

The basement also has a full bath, and three unfinished spaces that give at least 1,000 square feet of storage. You could add another bedroom or two-room suite in the basement, adjacent to the bathroom.

This house is huge, but has a great flow and lots of family and private spaces. We love it!
