I live at 1427 Summit Hill Dr Deltona Fl 32725.My home 2998sq ft built in 2005.It has a a inground pool with a screen encloser. Fenced yard and a shed.The home was built buy Maronda modal Winchester.You have it valued at 156,000. 2541 Bevins Ct Deltona Fl 32725 same house same builder and modal built 6 months later 3 blocks away no pool or screen encloser no shed.The value is
184,500. My home value should above this one and you have it at 18,500 less ? Can you please ajust the values I am getting ready to put my house on the market.
