Please Correct my Taxes. Taxes for 2008 were $4,704.34. I have a printout from Erie County, PA

Actual taxes were $4,704.31.  I have receipts and I also have the actual print out from the Erie County Register of Deeds Department.  All taxes in my area appear to be in error and should be corrected.  I can provide via email the proof of actual taxes.
