Please add Froth Meter

It would be usefull if you add a froth bubble meter.

All based on PE retions of med prices to med income in region
data is available from US Census.
Very usefull if you provide 10 year trend ...

Any other measure to basic fundemental like inflation would also
be helpful.

Sorry JC im a numbers guy.... heat maps dont show much of anything...

I want to see a reasonable test for prices like you have in the stock market.
Information about local income vs local prices and rents vs prices will provide buyer a good guage on if the pricing is frothy or in line with fundementals..

We all better start understanding what Fundementals are all about....??

Many didnt and are paying a horrible cost as a result of it...
