Zillow is out of date. You should consult the Mecklenburg Tax Records/Register of Deeds or the Realist system to see the lastest recorded sales info.

This listing was put on Zillow by foreclosure.com which is a media company and not a real estate company. If you don't see this as an active on MLS it's probably sold. A fair number of foreclosure.com listings tend to be out of date due to how quickly foreclosed homes sell.
