My budget is +- $1, 250 000. I would hope that you and I would be open to negotiations if I really liked the house and you were really motivated to sell it to my wife and I.

Thank you for your interest. We redoing the kitchen now to have all stainless steel appliances and the cabinets will be custom/choclate stained to set it apart from the maple wood flooring. The bedrooms all have closets. The garage has space for 2 cars but we park one car in the garage and the other on the street. We use the bedroom on the 1st floor as the study. I will post pictures in the next few days. Also the views are cool beachwood canyon views with a view of the hollywood sign and the general hillside.
