Please correct the value of my home by county records

For the last two years, it is going to change this year, the county public records state that my Home 3417 W Reba Aveune, Bloomington Indiana 47403-4149 is value at f$158,200.00, for fair market value. Please cahnge.

 I am always telling people about your site and hwo it is the BEST tool to buy or sale a house, the one above is how I purchase it because of your report.  Thanks Jerry F & Velma Abbott

A Zestimate is a number that is calculated using  the core facts on the home.  The tax value is only one of those pieces of data.   Zestimates are rarely exactly the same as the tax assessor's value.  (I can say with confidence that mine never has been).
