I agree with everything David posted with one caveat. Some sellers are starting to post real prices with the intention of really selling. Since the MMM listing, at this time is still free, sellers are using it to get exposure on Zillow without having to pay the $39.95 "Featured Listing" charge.

Zillow of course denies that this is happening to any great degree, but you can bet it's happening to some.

This is a way for people to advertise their house for sale without actually putting it on the market.  By listing a home as make me move the seller is hoping that a buyer comes along who wants to buy a particluar house and no other homes are for sale in the neighborhood.  The buyer may run accross the home on Zillow and see that the house may be bought for a particular price.

My opinion:
Most make me move sellers get hounded by agents looking for a listing.  The odds of the home selling through make me move are very low because most of the homes are overpriced (the seller is not serious or they would really put their home up for sale).  There are many homes that are actually for sale so there is little incentive for a buyer to pursue make me move properties.  Make me move is best suited for a seller's market with low inventory and ample buyers (which is not the case currently).
