not always the case. my home appears twice on zillow with 2 different estimates, differing by $100k. it's terrible!

The Zestimates only differ less than 2%.
There are a number of reasons for this to happen. But my guess is that it is because the home on Walnut may be closer to the waterfront and/or have a better view.
Being a block or 2 closer to the water can make a big difference in beach cities.

Please explain Zestimates in Pacific Grove, Ca. ? Two homes same location/size,etc, very different?
311 Chestnut Street,PG is larger, and in excellent condition.
